1. How cash and bonus balances work
1.1 When a deposit is made, the deposit amount is placed into a "cash balance" and the associated bonus amount is placed into a "bonus balance".
1.2 The cash balance amount can at any time be requested for withdrawal in accordance with the general withdrawal conditions (see 4. Withdrawals in the General Terms and Conditions of Use).
1.3 When a player has an active bonus, the cash balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.
1.4 Bonuses and any associated winnings are withdrawable once the bonus wagering requirements are met. Progress towards the bonus wagering requirements is visible in the "Balances" tab of your cashier.
2. Bonus wagering requirements
2.1 By default, the amount to wager is 40 times the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
2.2 Only bets placed from the bonus balance contribute to the wagering requirements of that bonus.
2.3 When the player fully meets the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus balance is automatically transferred to the cash balance.
2.4 If the player requests a withdrawal before satisfying the wagering requirements, the ongoing bonus and any pending free spins will be automatically cancelled.
2.5 Each game has a different contribution level towards the wagering requirements. Slot games contribute 100%, video poker games 20%, table games and live dealer games contribute 5%. Other games do not contribute to the wagering requirements.
2.6 The maximum period to meet the bonus wagering requirements is 30 days. After this period, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
2.7 When a bet uses both cash balance and bonus balance, this is called a "mixed bet". In this case, all winnings are credited to the bonus balance.
2.8 The maximum bet allowed when using a bonus is 10 INR per game round. If the player places a bet higher than this amount, the bonus and any winnings will be cancelled.
3. Free spins
3.1 Winnings from free spins are credited directly to the cash balance without wagering requirements.
3.2 The withdrawal limit for winnings generated from free spins is 300 INR.
3.3 Free spins are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
3.4 Deposits associated with free spins can only be withdrawn provided they have been wagered at least 1 time on slot machine games.
3.5 Any withdrawal request voids free spins present on the account that have not been activated by the player at the time of that withdrawal.
4. Jackpots
4.1 All jackpot amounts displayed on the site are for information purposes only. The amount of each jackpot is shown in the dedicated game window once the game is launched.
4.2 When a jackpot is won, it is immediately reset on the site server. This occurs in real time; however, it is possible that the display can only be reset after a short delay.
